Hommgoods keeps shipping simple and clearly explained. Shipping is free on every order placed within the United States.
Shipping Locations
This shipping policy applies to orders shipped within: United States.
Delivery Times
Order Cutoff Time: 3:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time are processed the following business day, which can add one day to the delivery estimate.
Order Handling Time: 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday. Once an order is processed it is handed to one of our carriers.
Transit Time: 6–8 business days, Monday to Friday.
Estimated Delivery Time: 7–10 business days in total.
Delivery windows are estimates and can shift for reasons outside our control.
Carrier Services
We work with established carriers to deliver orders within the United States, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Shipping Costs
Free Shipping: every order within the United States ships free, with no minimum order value.
Paid Shipping, where applicable: for destinations outside our free shipping zones, shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery Issues
If a delay or a missing package comes up, contact our customer service team straight away. We will take it up with the carrier and see the order through.
Tracking Your Order
Once an order ships, an email containing the tracking number is sent. Shipments can be followed on our Order Tracking Page.
